Health and fitness expert Sarah Boulton has some advice for Australians heading into the new year.
The best way to keep fit and keep feeling good is to avoid the stress and worry of a busy and stressful year.
“It’s really important to take your time, relax and be as simple and easy-going as possible,” she says.
“We all have busy lives and it can be difficult to juggle your workload with all the other things that are going on.”
